Job Description
RealMachinery is seeking an active, customer-oriented, and technologically savvy remote support specialist to strengthen their Customer Contact Center team. The role involves active customer contact, scheduling maintenance, utilizing manufacturer systems (diagnostics, remote monitoring, reporting), collaborating with technical support teams, and managing contracts and sales support tasks. The ideal candidate has good technical knowledge of construction machinery, especially earthmoving equipment, and a proactive, analytical, customer-focused approach. Experience with environmental machinery and customer service, maintenance support, or technical tasks in the machinery sector is advantageous.
