Responsibilities
- Schedule and resource production across multiple facilities
- Ensure smooth, predictable production
- Develop production efficiency metrics
- Foster synergy between plants and internal logistics
- Collaborate closely with site foremen and plant managers
- Potentially evolve into production leadership overseeing all plants and operations
- Lead implementation of strategic production models and continuous improvement (LEAN) across the organization
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in construction or production management or strong experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to see the big picture and lead based on data and facts
- Solid experience in production optimization and development
- Knowledge of production systems and processes
- Understanding and practical application of Lean philosophy
- Experience with wood element line production and 3D software is advantageous
- Main workplace in Salo or Jokioinen; flexible remote work options in the future
- Start date as agreed
