Lifeguards for Flamingo Water Park Application period: 5–23 August 2026 Flamingo is Finland's most popular indoor water park and an experiential Spa & sauna world for adults. We are looking for responsible and service-oriented lifeguards for our water park team, offering 15–30 hours of work per three-week shift cycle. Applicants with swimming instructor or baby swimming instructor qualifications are also welcome. Such qualifications are considered an advantage, and the job description may be supplemented with swimming or baby swimming lessons where possible. You will become part of a relaxed and humorous work group that combines a genuine hands-on spirit, a desire to develop, and shared success. More shifts are available during the summer season, making this an excellent opportunity for a good summer job. The position is suitable for you if you enjoy working responsibly with water safety and customer service.
