We are looking for a self-driven structural designer or rehabilitation structural designer to join our growing team, with 2–4 years of experience in the field and a desire to develop in diverse design tasks. The role involves: preparing structural plans; rehabilitation design and tasks related to structural condition surveys; modeling and dimensioning; collaboration with project managers, architects, and on-site teams. The position suits a person who enjoys responsibility, can carry tasks forward independently, and wants to grow as part of a knowledgeable design team. Requirements include an AMK-level or DI degree in structural design, 2–4 years of experience in structural or rehabilitation design, Cadmatic proficiency (or willingness to deepen), FEM Design knowledge is an asset, ability to work autonomously and responsibly, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
