Transport Manager for Valkeakoski operations. Oversees daily transport operations, ensures quality, safety and cost-efficiency. Leads frontline management in the transport organization and builds smooth daily workflows. Uses core financial metrics to drive decisions and guide operations. Develops equipment, resources and processes for efficient use. Manages electronic tank transport according to company strategy. We expect proven experience in operational transport leadership, experience in transport, heavy goods or logistics, strong people management, logistics education or relevant experience, understanding of financial metrics and ability to turn insights into actions, interest in digitalisation and energy transition in transport, technical understanding of transport calibers, good English; Swedish an advantage.
