We are looking for four enthusiastic and professional early childhood education teachers starting August 24, 2026, or by agreement. The open positions are located in different daycares. The group mentioned in the announcement is the employee's placement group at the start of employment: - Cooper daycare, pre-primary education (permanent) - Polle daycare, 3-5-year-olds group (permanent) - Kinnari daycare, under 3-year-olds group (permanent) - Nummenkylä daycare, 2-5-year-olds group (fixed-term August 24 – December 31, 2026) Please specify on the application form which of the open positions particularly interest you. Eligibility requirements: Eligibility for the position of early childhood education teacher follows sections 26 and 27 of the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018), including transitional provisions. If no person with the statutory qualification is found for the position, a person who, based on completed studies, has sufficient prerequisites and the skills required for the task may be appointed for a maximum of one year at a time. Original study and work certificates are presented during a possible interview. Terms of employment - The position-specific salary for a qualified early childhood education teacher ranges from €3,023.75 – €3,300.50/month. In addition, we pay a work experience supplement (3 or 8% of the position-specific salary) - Agreement area OVTES - The probation period is six months, and for fixed-term employment, at most half of the duration of employment - The selected person must present a valid criminal record extract (504/2002). A respiratory tuberculosis clearance for those working with children under school age is checked (Communicable Diseases Act section 55).
