We are seeking a practical nurse for Karstula home care on a fixed-term contract for the period 31 August 2026 to 29 November 2026. Work is primarily carried out in the Karstula, Kivijärvi and Kyyjärvi home care areas. Working days vary from day to day, making everyday work interesting and diverse. The aim is to support and assist our clients in independent living at home. Tasks may include basic care tasks, nursing procedures, medication administration, monitoring and assessment of clients' service needs. The workday may include a short coffee break, outdoor activity or conversation about current topics with the client. Client visits are conducted using cars, bikes and walking. Mobile documentation is used in most cases. The job involves shift work and two shifts and requires a driver's license. You need good computer skills. We value expertise in Lifecare systems. You will receive support from colleagues and supervisors in our multidisciplinary unit which includes nurses, practical nurses, instructors, care assistants and a physiotherapist. The job-specific pay is 2808.33 €/month. In addition to base pay, we pay experience allowances of 3% after 5 years and 8% after 10 years.
