S-Manager Trainee for Eekko - Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta - Lappeenranta, Finland

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented S-Manager Trainees for Eekko! Do you dream of future manager roles in grocery retail or the restaurant industry? S-Manager training is a paid, practical, approximately one-year training program that provides excellent preparation for future managerial positions. During the training, you will get to know different units of your industry across the Eekko region, develop your leadership skills, and network with other S Group trainees. The training begins in November 2026. After the training, you will be qualified to work, for example, as a shift manager, restaurant manager, assistant manager, or store manager. The training is suitable for you if you have completed a UAS degree (AMK) or are graduating soon, or if you have a vocational qualification and some work experience in the field. Previous experience from grocery retail or the restaurant industry is considered an advantage. We also require readiness for shift work and the ability to travel between Eekko's different locations during the training.
