Snow Removal Worker for Winter Season

Job description We are looking for energetic snow removal workers for the coming winter season in the Jyväskylä and Central Finland area. The work takes place mainly at construction sites, and snow is cleared by hand. An Occupational Safety Card is required because strict safety instructions are followed at the sites. In addition to snow removal, your workday may include other assisting duties, such as carrying and clearing work. Depending on the situation, you will work alone or in a team. Previous experience is not necessary; what matters most to us is a good attitude and an independent approach to work. Physical fitness and flexibility are also needed because the work can be physically demanding. The work is gig-based, and you may be called in at short notice depending on snow conditions. Gig work offers freedom and flexibility. You can decide when you are available and when you want to take a break. Please note, however, that wages are paid only for hours worked. Pay is at least in accordance with the collective agreement; for example, under the housebuilding industry collective agreement, a starting worker earns €12.59–€14.19 per hour.
