We are seeking a support childcare worker for a group of 2-3 year olds in Piipari for the period 3.8.2026 - 23.6.2027. Qualification requirements are determined according to Section 28 of the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018); The qualification requirement for the position of early childhood education childcare worker is a vocational qualification in education and guidance, a vocational qualification in social and health care, or another equivalent applicable degree, which includes or has been supplemented by sufficiently extensive qualification units in childcare, education, and teaching. The person selected for the position must provide the employer with a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act (Act on the Verification of the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children 504/2002). Skills in multiculturalism and knowledge of children's support needs are considered an advantage.
