Primary location: SEINÄJOKI Sales Assistants for Eepeen Kauppa Staff Pool We are looking for sales assistants for our staff pool—ordinary jobs with exceptionally diverse tasks! Available sales assistant positions are permanent, part-time, averaging 12-24h/week. We hope you can start as soon as possible. There is a comprehensive and practical orientation period at the beginning to familiarize you with the market's operations. We are seeking employees for various areas of the pool: the coast, Suupohja, Härmänmaa, as well as Seinäjoki and neighboring municipalities. Working in the staff pool is diverse and varied – no two workdays are the same! The pool is a popular, flexible, and versatile working model where employees can work flexibly across several Eepeen market locations. As a pool employee, you will develop versatile expertise in market tasks. The goal of the pool is to ease the daily operations of the units by providing help and expertise where it is most needed. Work in the store staff pool involves sales assistant duties such as shelving, customer service, and cashier work. A pool employee is a true everyday multi-specialist and an ambassador of expertise who carries good practices from one location to another. They assist locations with a sudden need for a top-tier colleague. The pool employee has several work units and receives comprehensive orientation in market tasks. We work together as a team, so we expect good cooperation skills. The job requires the use of a private car and traveling between the staff pool units in the region. We expect from you: - To be of legal age - Ability to travel between the pool's operational area units - Readiness to work in diverse shift work, including public holidays and weekends - Finnish language skills for customer service situations - A proactive and smooth approach to systems and the store's IT tools, as sales work is increasingly digital - Previous experience in the retail sector is beneficial, but a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and perform customer service work are most important for success in the role We offer you: - Exceptionally good employee benefits!
