We are now looking for a workplace health nurse at Terveystalo Itäkeskus. The role involves a mix of reception and office work, client meetings, and workplace visits. The work is preventive, including health and safety assessments, workplace surveys, and planning, monitoring, and implementing occupational health activities. The role also includes health examinations, sick leave management, vaccinations, and minor procedures. Collaboration with client companies is key, and the nurse will develop occupational health services based on treatment recommendations and daily work changes. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, psychologists, and physiotherapists. The position is full-time, permanent, mainly during office hours 8–16, with part-time remote work possible. Compensation includes task-specific salary, personal allowance, bonuses, and benefits such as lunch, sports, culture, wellness benefits, and comprehensive occupational health services. The role follows the private health care sector collective agreement (TPTES) and is classified in the demanding group 4-5. The salary is influenced by experience, special skills, and responsibilities, with potential bonuses for excellent client care.
