Business Analyst

We are hiring four Business Analysts for the AITO project at LähiTapiola, a program to renew life insurance core systems and significantly improve customer experience. The roles are permanent and located in the Henki development team within the Development and Renewal unit. We seek three Business Analysts to define the new core-system offerings related to products, sales, servicing, claims and documentation, and one to define transferring data and products from old systems to new solutions, including product specification and data migration functional and calculative specifications and participation in decommissioning planning. As a BA you will be central between business and delivery, ensuring we build the right things in the right way. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into clear specifications for the system delivery team, presenting and reviewing specs with stakeholders and system suppliers, collaboration across business, development teams and vendors, supporting testing design and quality assurance, and participating in demos and approvals.
