Join us! The new K-Supermarket Pajala in Järvenpää is located close to the city center with good transport links. We continue to be Järvenpää's own 'Village Shop'. We have been awarded Uusimaa's best K-Supermarket in 2018, Finland's best online store in 2020, and Uusimaa's best K-Supermarket again in 2023. Our store was closed and demolished in January for a new, impressive Pajala store. We operate in the new store with our own team, and our community is very close-knit with a good spirit. Are you a fast-paced, proactive deli professional or want to become one? Eager to learn new skills, take your responsibilities seriously, and aim to fulfill them decisively? Familiar with K-group's retail systems? Ready to work in a team but also capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving? Excellent customer service is your goal! Our delicatessen is a very versatile mix of customer service, craftsmanship, and food expertise. It includes a better-than-average service counter, a café, and a restaurant. We handle hundreds of kilos of fish daily, so filleting and other fish processing skills must be in order. Experience with K-group's retail systems and retail experience are valued. Requirements include being an excellent customer service provider, experienced in similar work, flexible, proactive, cooperative, committed to team goals, and eager to develop and learn. The role involves self-monitoring at the delicatessen, which is an advantage.
