We are now seeking cheerful healthcare assistants to join MediPower in Paimio for gig-work! Are you a recent graduate or about to finish studies in practical nursing and want flexible work in a meaningful field? You can be an experienced pro or just starting out. In gig work you decide which shifts you want to work. The roles are mostly for private elderly care homes or facilities for movement-impaired/developmentally disabled persons. You will choose your preferred assignments via our easy mobile app. Typically morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends (night shifts occasionally). Duties include general practical nursing tasks and coaching/mentoring based on the site and its needs. We offer: gig-work helps you accumulate a broad skill set and work in a way that suits your life. You have access to a user-friendly mobile app to book shifts from home. For Paimio shifts today there are offers around 18 €/h! In addition there is vacation pay and shift-based allowances under the private social services TES.
