Machinist – manual lathe operator

We are seeking a skilled machinist with strong proficiency in manual turning. In this role you will manufacture various machine parts and components independently according to drawings and work instructions. We especially value practical machining skills, precision, and the ability to solve various turning challenges. The position requires solid experience in manual turning, and the ability to read drawings and dimensioned drawings, as well as the capability to work independently and design work methods. A machinist qualification or equivalent expertise is considered an asset. Preferred: good manual lathe operation skills and familiarity with Fagor- and Heidenhain-controls. Experience with single-piece and small-batch production is also valued.
