Are you good with people and enjoy varied work? We are seeking a research interviewer for assignments at Oulu Airport, to conduct passenger interviews as part of traveler studies. The job is gig-based with shifts in 2026 from October to December, about 1–3 shifts per month, each lasting about four hours. Shifts will occur at different times, so you must be able to travel to Oulu Airport as needed. A car is a big plus. The employment is as needed and call-out. The role may later involve other interview projects. Salary: €14.81/hour. We look for a lively, friendly and outward-facing customer-service attitude, courage to approach people, reliability and careful and accurate work, fluent Finnish, at least basic English, additional language skills are a plus, and ability to move around Oulu Airport at different times.

Responsibilities
- Meet airport travellers and collect responses for research interviews.
- Conduct passenger interviews at Oulu Airport as part of travel surveys.
- Work with a flexible schedule to cover shifts between October and December 2026.
- Possibly participate in other interview projects later.
