Welcome to Tatsilla! We are looking for drivers for day and night shifts. We offer permanent full-time work or gig-based driving in various shifts to suit your own schedule. Experience as a taxi driver is considered an advantage but is not essential. A professional taxi driver's license is required to start work. Promising applications will be processed quickly, and open positions may be filled during the application period. Our company has two locations, at Kolmenkulma in Nokia and Kaukajärvi in Tampere. Our fleet is high-quality and versatile, covering standard taxis, spacious taxis, electric taxis, and inva-taxis. In our car washes, you can also wash your own car. As a driver for Tatsilla, you will transport customers from our own channels and clients, as well as from several different booking channels such as Valopilkku, 02 Taksi, Uber, and Bolt. Thanks to our good agreements, we also handle a large amount of social transport (social and health services, Kela, and school transport). We have transport agreements with several companies in the Pirkanmaa region; additionally, Tatsilla is responsible for the taxi traffic at Tampere-Pirkkala airport. Shifts are planned driver-centrically in our electronic intranet, through which you can also choose suitable available driving shifts if you wish. In addition to a professional taxi driver's license, we require our taxi drivers to have a hardworking approach to work, honesty and an open mind, a good customer service attitude, good vehicle handling skills, and the ability to work independently. Tatsilla is a local taxi company with long experience in taxi traffic in the Tampere area.
