We are seeking to hire a permanent Executive Director to lead the organization’s operations and development in accordance with its values and vision. The role includes strategic leadership in cooperation with the board, responsibility for operational management including personnel, financial administration, and facilities, and the desire to develop and renew the organization. The candidate should have strategic thinking, experience in financial administration and supervisory duties, understanding of NGO operations and fundraising, and strong interpersonal skills. Finnish and English language skills are required. We value experience in child rights work and diversity issues, higher education, and proven fundraising success. Swedish and other language skills are a plus. We offer an energetic work community and supportive board.
