Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our client's data centre project team and support their construction sites in Helsinki, Finland. Main tasks and responsibilities: Process orders according to company procedures and guidelines. Handle general administrative duties, data entry, and various ad hoc office tasks. Maintain, update, and organise project documentation. Monitor document comments and follow up on pending responses. Provide reporting and deadline support to the Quantity Surveyor team. Participate in project meetings and assist in tracking action points. Work will be performed on-site. Requirements: Suitable educational background for the position. 23 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in construction, engineering, finance, or a related field is considered an advantage). Strong organisational and administrative capabilities. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Good command of English (written and spoken).
