Nurse - Vascular Surgery Outpatient

A motivated registered nurse is sought for a permanent position at the Vascular Surgery Outpatient Clinic, Meilahti Tower Hospital, Helsinki. The nurse works as part of a medical team on the outpatient ward, assisting in the patient care pathway from referral to booking, pre-procedure visits, and post-procedure follow-ups. Responsibilities include independent vascular studies (ABI and oxygenation measurements) and collaboration with physicians, as well as patient support via telephone and digital services. The unit offers day shifts with a focus on continuity, opportunities for professional development, and potential specialization in wound care or clinical ultrasound nursing. Travel between Meilahti sites may occur. The position includes a salary of 3024.27 €/month with potential experience-based supplements. Requirements include licensed nursing, proficiency in Finnish and satisfactory Swedish, immunization as per health regulations, and health status clearance for healthcare workers.
