Healthcare assistant on-call job

We are seeking new on-call healthcare assistants to join MediPower’s team in Oulu. Do you want to work flexibly in care? In a on-call role you always decide which shifts you want to work. In this position you will work with elderly people and people with disabilities in assisted-living units designed for social care, as well as in home care services. Typical shifts are morning and evening. On-call shifts include basic care tasks, everyday support, medication administration, and supervisory work. Applicants must have a qualification as a healthcare assistant with Valvira registration or be in the final phase of studies (lähihoitaja >120 ECTS / nurse >60 ECTS). We offer on-call work as a great way to build a diverse set of skills and work in a way that suits your life situation. In addition to hourly pay, a 9% vacation allowance and shift-specific enhancements per collective agreement are paid. We also run variable recognition campaigns and reward the employee of the month.
