About the role

Discover your exciting role Do you enjoy proactively contributing to an engineering project and leading multidisciplinary teams? In this role, you will be our primary point of contact for all HVAC areas—heating, ventilation, process air systems, and refrigeration—across all phases of HOAI or SIA 108, from preliminary design (concept phase) to construction supervision (execution phase). You will therefore be responsible for trade‑specific planning and coordination within a project. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Responsibility for a team of HVAC/Utilities engineers and designers - Identifying and managing interfaces within planning activities and between the various technical disciplines - Reporting for project and resource planning - Ensuring quality standards, compliance with norms, and adherence to project processes - Planning HVAC systems for laboratories and/or pharmaceutical buildings - Ensuring energy efficiency across all disciplines - Responsibility for preparing specifications, evaluating and assessing bids, including cost estimation and calculation - Collaboration within an MEP planning team (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing / Technical Building Equipment) - Cross‑discipline coordination of interfaces, including those between building services engineering and architecture Show your expertise - BSc/MSc in a scientific or technical field, e.g., Building Services Engineering or Supply Engineering - Ideally at least 10 years of professional experience; experience in pharmaceutical or laboratory environments is an advantage - Knowledge of GMP requirements (EU‑GMP, FDA) - Willingness to travel within Switzerland - Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, and BIM is an advantage - Very good German skills and good English skills (company language) You enjoy achieving success together with your team and bring the necessary assertiveness as well as strong communication skills.
