We are looking for a service supervisor for versatile property maintenance tasks in the South Karelia region. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair work, and outdoor areas of our client's properties, as well as the supervision of these tasks. The job includes customer service and communication with various stakeholders. We expect from you: - Education in property maintenance - Ability to operate machinery - Experience with seasonal property maintenance work - Experience using maintenance programs - A good customer service attitude and initiative - Ability to organize your own work - A systematic and responsible approach to work - Class B driver's license (Class C is considered an advantage) - Ability to work in a team and lead employees - Fluent Finnish language skills We offer you a job in a reliable and stable company.
