About the role

We are looking for a motivated worker for a permanent position in fish processing at a production facility and logistics center where fish and fish products are processed in various forms. The job includes handling and cutting fish in production. Prior experience is not required as training is provided. The position requires a commitment to a long-term employment (minimum 12 months), readiness for physically demanding work, fluent Finnish, a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Note that fish processing is physically demanding. Work schedule consists of three shifts: morning shift from 05:30, mid-shift from 09:30, and night shift from 22:00. Shift lengths vary and during peak seasons days may be longer. There is a 30-minute transfer buffer on both sides of the shift. A time bank is used to balance work hours over a six-month cycle. Salary and terms: monthly salary under the Retail Trade collective agreement, 2300–2650 €/month. Permanent contract. Work starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
