Project Procurement Specialist

Discover your exciting role As part of the core project team, you will manage and lead all purchasing and subcontracting activities of a project: from tender phase through execution to closing. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Define the procurement strategy and create and maintain the project procurement plan across all procurement packages. - Provide functional leadership and guidance to all strategic buyers and subcontracting managers within a specific project. - Ensure overall supply chain performance, timely delivery of materials, and the provision of services. - Manage timely payment of supplier invoices and oversee claim management. - Act as the central contact person for all purchasing functions and roles, representing them in the core project team. Show your expertise - Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Several years’ experience in procurement and project management in large-scale projects. - Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and strong communication skills. - Proficient in both English and German, spoken and written. - Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phase. - Decisiveness, openness to change, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented working style.
