About the role

Eaton has opened a modern, state-of-the-art campus in Vantaa, Finland, dedicated to its critical power systems business. The campus brings together all business functions under one roof, including RDE, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service, and product marketing. Over the past two years, Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions headquarters and Center of excellence for data centers in Vantaa facility have expanded significantly, welcoming +150 new employees — and we’re continuing to grow. At Eaton, we are committed to Lead, Invest and Execute for Growth. ## What you’ll do: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors) * Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards * Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager * Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination * Monitor progress, resources, and performance * Provide regular updates and highlight risks * Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities * Identify and document additional work or scope changes ## Qualifications: * Experience in installation & commissioning * Experience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale) * Experience in Data Center projects * Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation * Experience with MS Office and MS Project ## Skills: * Strong organisational and coordination skills * Clear communication and stakeholder management ability * Customer-focused mindset * Proactive and self-motivated approach * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic site environment * Team collaboration and leadership capability ## What We Offer: * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center projects across EMEA * International exposure within a diverse and inclusive team * Career development in a company focused on innovation and sustainability * A dynamic role with high impact and responsibility #LI-OV1 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
