Business Advisor

Are you interested in working with corporate clients in the financial sector? We are looking for a sales‑oriented Corporate Advisor for a permanent full‑time position in corporate client business. If you are seeking a varied, interesting and active sales role in a local insurance company, keep reading. The core duties include developing existing corporate accounts and upselling, as well as acquiring new customers. You will map companies and entrepreneurs’ business and risk situations to offer them the most suitable solutions for business operations and staff protection. You understand the customer’s business needs and, in addition to insurance protection, actively offer our services and those of our partners. You will also guide fresh entrepreneurs on business and asset protection as well as building social security for the entrepreneur. You will deliver high-quality personal service and ensure an excellent customer experience. We work multi‑channel using channels preferred by the customer; emphasis is on remote tools like phone and online meetings. We also meet customers on site at our offices when convenient. You are proactive in reaching out to customers across channels, have good interpersonal skills, and are ready to help colleagues achieve common success. Primary duties include developing existing accounts with upsell, new business acquisition from targeted segments, identifying customer situations and needs, preparing proposals and closing deals, supporting the start of the customer relationship, and taking care of and maintaining accounts. We value a motivated, responsible, sales‑driven attitude; strong sales experience with the ability to identify customer needs and offer impactful solutions; B2B sales and/or insurance experience is an advantage; excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Finnish; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing daily tasks; confidence and ability to make independent decisions and willingness to learn new things.
