From here, we have expanded our operations to Sweden and Norway. **What does the job entail?** As Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and growing the sales of Taloturva's plumbing renovation services. In daily work, this means: - Recruiting, training, and coaching the sales team - Developing and implementing the sales strategy - Setting and monitoring clear goals - Conducting sales negotiations and managing key accounts - Analyzing and reporting results. You will have functional tools, strong support, and training at your disposal so that you can succeed and develop to the top. **What do customers think of the visits?** We measure customer satisfaction after every customer visit via a text message feedback survey.
