Construction Worker

Construction Worker We are currently looking for a construction worker for our client, a growing company. Work is available for 2-4 days per month for a sustainable project, and with a high probability for a longer period. Our client is a construction company undertaking diverse projects. Work sites are primarily located in Northern and Western Pirkanmaa, such as Parkano. Your duties will involve new construction and renovation, including surface renovations, sauna renewals, or painting work. Clients include private households, housing companies, and businesses. Ability to perform construction tasks independently with minimal guidance will help you succeed. Experience in construction sheet metal work and the installation of rainwater systems would be a great asset. We are also interested in beginners. Pay is based on the Construction Industry Collective Agreement (TES), but the salary is determined by expertise. We will discuss your salary expectations openly during the recruitment phase. A site-specific travel allowance is provided in addition to the salary. Work can start immediately. We aim to offer as much work as possible, primarily 40 hours/week from 7:00 to 15:30. Depending on the site, it may be possible to work longer days and have Fridays off.
