We are seeking a part-time Home Care Assistant for the Laukaa area. In home care your work is diverse, independent and people-centered. You work in clients' own homes and support them to function in daily life safely and as autonomously as possible. Your duties include basic care and daily assistance, medication administration in accordance with competence and licenses, comprehensive health monitoring and measurements, and supporting the client’s functional capacity and well-being. In home care every workday is different. You will have the opportunity to apply your professional skills broadly and perform meaningful work in the clients’ everyday lives.
