Property Maintenance Worker We are seeking a property maintenance worker for a permanent position for our client in Turku. The work starts immediately or by agreement. The work involves independent general maintenance of properties, including the upkeep of yards and indoor spaces, such as changing light bulbs, reading meters, and replacing ventilation filters. The role also includes, as needed, placing orders for plumbers and electricians, as well as reporting to the property manager. We expect from you: * some experience in similar tasks * basic understanding of heat distribution rooms * good social skills * a positive work attitude * a natural drive to get things done * proficiency in Finnish * a Class B driver's license How to apply to Carrot?
