System Specialist – Building Automation

The role involves programming, commissioning, maintenance and development of building automation systems. You will address practical technical challenges and see how automation solutions affect heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other HVAC systems in buildings. Background in construction or building automation is helpful but not mandatory; experience in industrial automation, automotive electronics, electrical engineering or LVIS/automation is also valuable. You may be at the start of your career or a more experienced automation professional. The key is a strong technical foundation, interest in automation systems and a willingness to learn and solve problems in practice. We offer a path to grow as a building and property automation expert with onboarding to the systems in use, a varied automation role combining programming, commissioning, technical problem solving and client work, and a strong team supporting your development. The position is a permanent full-time role with Academic Work as consultant to our client in Kouvola with travel to client sites. Salary around 3 300–5 000 €/month depending on experience.
