We are seeking excavator operators for travel-based work across Finland. The job involves operating excavators on cable construction sites. The role requires willingness to travel to multiple sites around the country, with shift patterns negotiable per site (7/7 or 4/3). Prior experience with excavators is required; reliable and proactive work attitude is essential. 3D-capability is considered an asset but not mandatory. Full-time employment for the second half of the season. Immediate start. Responsibilities include operating excavators at cable sites, coordinating with site teams, and handling machines with care. Requirements include previous excavator experience, prior experience with cable works is advantageous, 3D skills are a plus, self-initiative and reliability, precision and safety in machine handling, and a valid occupational safety and information security card.
