Early childhood education in Kokemäki is seeking an early childhood education teacher for a fixed-term position from 1.9.2026 to 31.5.2027. The position is located at the Villa Vilinä daycare center. The child's learning is built into a coherent and consistent whole supported by play, creativity, interaction, and children's participation. As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for the implementation, evaluation, and development of pedagogy according to the early childhood education plan together with the team. You will actively participate in the planning and implementation of the unit's activities, build a safe and inclusive operational culture, and work closely with guardians and other staff in the best interests of the child. You will utilize your professional expertise in supporting the group of children and families. Salary and employment benefits: Salary is determined according to the municipal sector's level salary system (OVTES section G / KVTES appendix 5). The level salaries for the positions (level A1) are: Early childhood education teacher: 2,864.44 €/month In addition to the level salary, we pay: - Work experience additions according to OVTES. - Eligibility supplement for early childhood education teachers. The probationary period is half the duration of the fixed-term employment relationship, provided that the conditions of the collective agreement are met.
