In this role, you will be responsible for developing the activities of Keski-Suomen Liikunta, operational management, finances, and personnel. You will implement the strategy of Keski-Suomen Liikunta ry in collaboration with the board. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with regional and national sports sector actors. You will lead change and renew our operations to meet future challenges and opportunities based on the new strategy. As a regional director, you will be responsible for a diverse and meaningful set of tasks, including: - Strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring in cooperation with the board - Overall responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, development, fundraising, and reporting - Supervisory work and staff development - Active national and regional stakeholder cooperation and network management at the regional level - Planning, funding application, and management of sports sector projects - Organization’s general communication and advocacy work - Readiness to perform various tasks related to organizational activities
