Excavator Operator

We are looking for an excavator operator for BearStruction Oy for a permanent full-time employment relationship. The work involves building fiber optic connections to small houses and housing companies in different parts of Uusimaa. You will be mainly responsible for excavation work related to the construction of the fiber optic network and for the clean and careful implementation of the site. The work is done in close cooperation with earthworks workers, and if necessary, you will also participate in other site tasks. The equipment includes Yanmar Vio10, Yanmar SV17 with Engcon rotator and Yanmar Vio80 with Engcon rotator. Precision, careful working and a clean end result are emphasized in the work, as the work is done in finished yard and street environments. This job is for you if you enjoy being in the controls of the machine, like versatile outdoor work and appreciate that at the end of the day you can concretely see your own handiwork. What do we expect from you? - At least a B driver's license - Experience in using an excavator - Sufficient Finnish language skills for customer encounters - Careful and safe working method - Good cooperation skills and a responsible approach to work Experience in fiber optic or other infrastructure construction is an advantage, but the most important thing is a professional approach and a desire to produce quality work. We will orient the new employee to BearStruction's operating methods.
