Sales Assistant

We are currently looking for a cheerful and energetic sales assistant for our Normal store in Kouvola Veturi shopping centre. We offer a permanent contract for now. Work: As a Sales Assistant you have an important role in creating a shopping experience for customers. You will work with our exciting products in a goal-oriented way, and it is important for us that we can always present a well-maintained and clean store to our customers. Responsibilities: - Prioritize customers so they feel welcome and return - Ensure the store is at a high standard with neat displays - Customer service and shelf replenishment - Opening and closing the store - Cashier duties. What we expect from you: - Experience in retail and a busy work environment - Interest in store operations, you are customer-minded - You work independently and efficiently - Customer service in Finnish (English/Swedish skills are valued) - You are not afraid of work and pay attention to details — you want to build great displays - You are a team player and contribute to a good atmosphere - Serving customers in Finnish (language level B1) - other language skills are welcome.
