Metal Assembly

Metal assembly / manufacturing worker for the metal industry. We seek a proactive and motivated production worker for assembly tasks in Paimio. You will be part of a production line manufacturing various thin-sheet metal products. The job includes assembling products and performing diverse production duties. You will use different hand tools, so practical hands-on skills and dexterity are important. Prior experience in metal manufacturing or assembly is not strictly required; the most important qualities are a proactive attitude, motivation to learn, and a willingness to learn new tasks. Your duties may include: assembling thin-sheet metal products, finalising and handling products, various production tasks, working with hand tools, and other production duties according to your abilities. We expect: a proactive and motivated attitude, thoroughness and precision, willingness to learn new tasks, readiness for 2-shift work, smooth teamwork and good work motivation. Previous experience in assembly, production or metal industry roles is advantageous; also related vocational training in metal or construction can be beneficial. We offer: a permanent full-time contract, varied tasks in metal production, opportunities to develop skills, 2-shift work including day and evening shifts, weekends off, salary around 11–12 €/h depending on experience. The workplace is in Paimio, starting when a suitable candidate is found.
