Maintenance Technician

Do you want to work with technology, problem solving and customer service in a varied role where no day is the same? We are looking for a Technician to join Schetelig Oy’s growing maintenance team. You will work with maintenance, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of technical systems at customer sites across Finland. Responsibilities include: servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of technical systems in greenhouse and cultivation sectors; installation and commissioning of equipment and systems; providing technical support and guidance to customers; preventive maintenance and checking system operation. We value backgrounds in electrical and automation engineering, industrial maintenance, HVAC or process technology, agricultural technology or machine maintenance, greenhouse or cultivation tech. You should be technically curious, meticulous, able to work independently after onboarding, enjoy customer interaction and communicate clearly, and be willing to travel within Finland with a B-driver’s license. Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish and English helps communication with customers and suppliers. Prior greenhouse technology or automation experience is a plus but not required.
