We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Arnolds café chain in Helsinki, at Itis in Itäkeskus. Please note that we are looking only for an entrepreneur, not employees for Arnolds. What does the chain offer? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will have access to a café location, delicious products, a recognised brand, chain benefits and comprehensive support in building success, as well as training for all tasks. The chain offers the entrepreneur initial training, financing advice, support when starting operations, launch marketing, premises, furnishings and equipment, purchasing benefits, customer contacts, business guidance, further training, chain marketing, financial administration services, advertising services and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all the business operations of your café, including the initial investment. You must be financially able to invest in entrepreneurship. The initial investment is €100,000–€150,000, and the entrepreneur’s own-financing share is typically 20–30% of the initial investment. In return, you will have access to a café location, delicious products, the benefits and support of a recognised chain in building success, and training for all tasks. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you work at the location yourself, setting an example for your staff through your own actions. The most important thing is the willingness and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. You do not necessarily need previous entrepreneurial experience; your ability to cooperate and your attitude matter more. A genuine interest in the café industry and possible restaurant-industry experience will certainly be useful. Above all, what matters is your desire to bring small moments of happiness to people’s days through treats and good service. Arnolds is Finland’s first American-style bakery café chain, and it began operating in 1991.
