Practical Nurse

We are currently looking for a practical nurse to strengthen our warm and competent home care team in Turku: - Koivula: as soon as possible - 30.8.2026 - Nummi - Halinen: as soon as possible - 30.8.2026 - Runosmäki: as soon as possible - 4.4.2027 - Kupittaa: 3.8.2026 - 9.10.2026. Your role In home care, you provide your clients with safety, care, and responsible presence in their own homes. You will work in varied environments and implement holistic nursing care together with the client, their relatives, and a multidisciplinary work community. In your work, you emphasize strengthening clients' resources, supporting participation, and a rehabilitative approach. You need good oral and written Finnish language skills for the job. In the Runosmäki and Kupittaa areas, walking is sufficient. The job requires a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car. A valid LOVe medication permit, work experience in elderly services, knowledge of the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills are considered an advantage. Eligibility requirements for the position are a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
