
Supply Chain Planner
The Supply Chain Planner supports the Supply Chain Manager by planning and coordinating materials, inventory, and production needs to help meet customer demand. This role works closely with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and other teams in Bridgewater, NJ, and Taunton, MA, to support accurate schedules, efficient material flow, and strong on-time delivery. This is an onsite position located in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities Support daily and weekly planning activities for assigned departments, cells, or value streams. Review demand, inventory, material availability, and production requirements to support accurate planning decisions. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and other departments to align priorities and resolve planning issues. Monitor inventory levels, material constraints, capacity needs, and schedule changes that may impact production or customer delivery. Maintain planning data, schedules, reports, and system information to support capacity and inventory planning. Support lean and continuous improvement efforts related to material flow, inventory accuracy, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Communicate supply risks, schedule changes, and recovery actions clearly and in a timely manner. Perform other tasks as needed or assigned by the manager to support business and customer needs. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, supply chain, or related function required. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and databases required; SAP experience preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across departments. Due to the nature of the industry we serve, we can only consider applicants who are U.S. citizens. Work Environment and Physical Demands Works in an office and manufacturing environment with standard office equipment available. May be required to sit for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, use a keyboard, read, write, and speak fluently. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
