We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer-focused project manager for industrial automation and information-system deliveries who wants to contribute to developing our customer projects. Role: As a project manager you are responsible for ensuring our customers get the best possible solutions smoothly and on schedule. You will oversee end-to-end project management from planning to delivery and the development of ongoing services. You combine efficiency with creativity. We seek a solution-oriented professional with teamwork skills, who has the ability and will to develop new ways to create value for the customer. Daily tasks include: - Deep understanding of customer needs and long-term development of customer relationships - Resource planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality management of projects - Effective and proactive customer communication - Internal company communication - Facilitating teamwork and supporting our experts - Tailoring and developing solutions to meet each customer’s individual needs - Risk management and change management across the project lifecycle What we expect: a suitable university degree and at least 3 years of experience in project management. We also require good interpersonal and communication skills. A key element for success in the role is recognizing customer needs and delivering concrete solutions that meet those needs.
