We are seeking a skilled welder for our client in Tampere for a long-term temporary position through WorkPower. The job starts flexibly according to the agreement. The work focuses on MIG/MAG welding of black iron with varying material thickness. Materials to be welded are mainly 3–20 mm thick, so we hope you have previous experience with similar welding tasks and can deliver quality workmanship. A welding test will be arranged during the recruitment process as part of the interview with the client. Requirements include approximately 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, strong MIG/MAG skills, independent and precise work attitude, willingness to work in two shifts, valid safety cards, and experience as a plate welder is an asset. We offer a full-time, long-term employment and the chance to utilise your welding expertise in diverse tasks. Pay ranges around 15–17 €/h depending on experience and skills. The temporary employment is through WorkPower, with the goal of transferring to the client’s payroll later.
