In this position at HUS Psychiatry, Peijas Hospital, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary expert team. Your work will primarily focus on Mood Disorder Ward P2 and, when necessary, the Acute Psychiatry Clinic. Additionally, we collaborate closely with other psychiatric units at Peijas and the neuromodulation unit, providing opportunities for versatile professional development. Mood Disorder Ward P2 Mood Disorder Ward P2 is part of the HUS Psychiatry mood disorders and general psychiatry line. The ward provides acute closed inpatient care for adults with mood disorders. Our nursing care is based on a cognitive approach, and we utilize the Safewards model and dialectical behavior therapy methods. Our work emphasizes safety, respectful interaction with the patient, collaboration, a hope-maintaining approach, and non-judgmentalism. Acute Psychiatry Clinic The Acute Psychiatry Clinic is a central part of psychiatric emergency services. As a registered nurse, you will participate in assessing patients' urgent need for care, psychiatric examinations, consultations within a multidisciplinary network, and patient coordination during emergency hours. The work is varied, responsible, and professionally rewarding. It offers the opportunity to acquire broad psychiatric expertise and deepen clinical specialization. What we offer you? The work is three-shift work, and through community-based shift planning, you can influence your shifts. Remuneration is determined according to the SOTE agreement. The salary range for the position is €3,218.18 - €3,265.36/month, plus possible experience and other bonuses. Welcome to join us!
