We are looking for a sales professional for the Jämsä Silmäasema who wants to develop as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team. This role combines holistic customer service, expertise, and the provision of high-quality products and services. - Working hours are 30 h/week and the employment is permanent. - The place of work is the Jämsä store and, if necessary, other stores in the region, Mänttä and Orivesi. Own car is a plus. - Shifts are scheduled according to the store's opening hours. - Remuneration: Retail collective agreement (TES) table salary (B) and fair target bonuses. - We will agree on a suitable start date together! The employment contract is concluded between Silmäasema and the employee. Your day consists of, among other things, the following tasks: - Guiding the customer in the choice of frames and lenses and handling the sales transaction through to the completion of the order - Receiving customers arriving for doctor and optician appointments - Delivering finished eyeglasses and sunglasses to customers and performing minor repairs - Booking appointments according to the customer's needs Who are we looking for? - Success in this role is possible with various backgrounds. The most important thing is that you are enthusiastic about solution-oriented customer service and sales every day. - You have the courage and determination to recommend the right products and services to customers - As a person, you are genuine, energetic, precise, and result-oriented. You are ready to meet customers of different ages and in different life situations. - You have good IT skills. - You do not need to worry about knowledge of the industry - we will introduce you to the optical field.
