The City of Helsinki is seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term position to focus on the planning of OmaStadi projects. Requirements include a suitable higher university degree complemented by a good understanding of construction economics. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (AMK) with extensive and versatile relevant work experience is acceptable. Suitable degrees include landscape architecture, forestry, horticulture, or engineering. Fluency in Finnish is required. Experience in waterfront structure design and understanding of BIM-based design are considered advantages.
