Lathe and Turning Machine Operator

CNC lathe operator in Pirkkala. We are looking for CNC lathe operator for our client in Pirkkala for a long-term employment in a modern workshop, producing parts mainly from soft materials with varying batch sizes. The role suits someone with experience in CNC machining or strong motivation to learn. Tasks include CNC turning for soft materials, machine settings and tool changes, measurement and quality control during production, and ensuring smooth production flow. Requirements include experience in CNC machining or training, precise and careful work ethic, ability to work independently and in a team, willingness for shift work, and interest in developing machining skills. We offer a stable long-term employment in a financially solid family-owned company, a tidy workshop, orientation and methods, and compensation according to the agreement (TES for the technology industry, about 15-20 €/h).
