CNC Machinist

The role is suitable for someone who already has some experience in CNC machining and an interest in working with large industrial components. Work begins as soon as a suitable person is found. Job description: In this role, you will machine large and demanding parts using CNC machines with Heidenhain control. The machined products are mainly heavy industry components, such as crusher side plates. This is not a traditional mass production environment; the production series are mainly small. Part weights vary from approximately 100 kilograms to several tons. Lifting equipment is used in the work, so heavy parts are not handled manually. Requirements for success: CNC machinist education or work experience Experience with numerically controlled machining tools Approximately two years of experience in machining work Experience with Heidenhain control is considered an advantage Experience using an overhead crane is considered an advantage Work is performed in two shifts: Morning shift 6:00–14:00 Afternoon shift 14:00–22:00 The afternoon shift is often worked four days a week (Mon–Thu).
